The Service provides a behavioural assessment tool designed to help individuals identify potential derailer patterns in their leadership style. The assessment consists of 33 questions and generates a personalised report.
Access to the assessment requires a valid access code provided by an authorised administrator. Each access code is single-use and may have an expiration date. You may not share, sell, or transfer your access code to others.
When using the Service, you agree to:

Complete the assessment honestly for meaningful results
Not attempt to manipulate or game the assessment
Keep your access code confidential
Use the Service for its intended purpose only
All content, including but not limited to the assessment questions, methodology, reports, and branding, is the property of ICQ Global and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The GameChangers Assessment is a self-awareness tool and should not be used as a sole basis for employment decisions, clinical diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment. Results are indicative of behavioural tendencies and should be interpreted in context with other information and professional guidance.
ICQ Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
